Refer & Earn — Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

• The referrer must be 18 years of age or older.
• The referred client must be a new client to Top Soul Finance and must not already be actively engaged with us for the same loan application.
• The referrer confirms they have obtained the referred client's verbal or written consent to share their personal information with Top Soul Finance and for Top Soul Finance to contact them regarding finance products and services.
• The referred client must proceed with an eligible loan arranged through Top Soul Finance.

Eligible Loans

The referral reward applies to eligible residential, investment and other approved loan products arranged through Top Soul Finance, subject to lender approval and settlement.

Referral Reward

• The referral reward is one (1) $250 Prezzee Smart eGift Card or another reward of equivalent value, at the discretion of Top Soul Finance.
• The reward is payable to either the referrer or the referred client, as nominated at the time of referral.
• Only one reward is payable per eligible settled loan.
• Rewards are funded and issued by Top Soul Finance and are not sponsored, endorsed or provided by any lender.

Payment

The referral reward will be issued within 30 days of the successful settlement of the eligible loan.

Exclusions

The reward is not payable where:

• the loan application is withdrawn;
• finance is declined;
• the loan does not proceed to settlement;
• the referral is duplicated;
• the referred client is already an existing Top Soul Finance client or active enquiry;
• fraudulent or misleading information has been provided.

Changes

Top Soul Finance reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this promotion at any time without notice.

Privacy

By submitting a referral, the referrer confirms they have obtained the referred person's consent to share their contact details with Top Soul Finance.
